Rebar skeleton production:
The reinforcing rib forming method is adopted for the reinforcement cage every 2M or so. The stiffener is placed on the inner side of the main bar and reinforced with triangular inner bracing. The main bar is spot welded on the outside of the stiffener. The main bar and the stiffener must be perpendicular, and then the stirrups are tied. The steel cage must be processed in strict accordance with the construction design drawings and specifications. The welding length of the prepared main bar is 10D (double-sided welding), but when welding, because the landing points are not full and cannot meet the construction requirements, the length of the weld is easy to add 1CM, the joint position should be staggered, and the distance should be no less than requirements. The reinforcement of the main bar adopts butt welding, which has a good effect, and everyone can promote it.
Because steel cages are generally relatively long and heavy, and are affected by the height of the drill rig's mast (the drill mast generally does not exceed 10M), during construction, the steel cage must be made in sections, and the steel cage of each pile consists of several sections. When calculating the length of the steel cage, it is necessary to pay attention to the staggered joint position and the welding length when calculating the steel frame composition.
The length of the steel cage made in sections should be the fixed length of the steel bar, but should not be shorter than 6m. When connecting, 50% of the steel bar joints should be staggered and welded, and the two steel bar axes should be in a straight line. In order to prevent the perfusion catheter hanging cage and the steel cage from floating, the steel bars at the bottom of the cage can be slightly trumpet-shaped. Pay special attention to the fullness of the weld during night construction. Welding rod specifications have specific requirements, and vertical welding is very difficult. Vertical welding is also prone to electrical leakage. Pay attention to electrical safety during construction.
Due to the large amount of welding points for the main bars and stirrups, workers cannot weld at careless spots and often burn the main bars. Welding burns to the main bar is a technical problem, and the reasons are nothing more than: 1. The welder's level is not good, 2. The high current is used to pursue speed. Welders in the project department must conduct welding competitions to improve welding skills, and team leaders must take responsibility.
The above discussion is the welding process of the main reinforcement of the steel cage. In order to improve work efficiency and save costs, we must actively explore the use of new materials, new processes, and new technologies
Storage of steel cage:
Rebar cages are generally stored on a flat and dry place after being manufactured on the processing site. When storing, place a wooden square of the same height where the stiffener contacts the ground to avoid sticking to the soil. The sections of each group of skeletons should be arranged in order, and a small card should be placed to indicate the number of sections and their lengths. They should not be mixed and stored to avoid mistakes. When storing the skeleton, pay attention to rain and rust.
